My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was excellent, close to Hakata Station and the bus terminal, which was super convenient. The service was courteous and accommodating, helping me with all my needs. However, the rooms were very small and outdated, making me feel uncomfortable, and the noise from the large fridge was quite bothersome. Despite these drawbacks, the proximity to transportation hubs was a big plus.

I was quite disappointed with the room size upon arrival as it was the smallest room I have ever stayed in and had a bad odor. Despite this, the service provided by the staff was nice and professional, though their English was limited. The rooms were comfortable, although my tall husband struggled with the low bathroom ceiling, and the budget size was average but functional.
